These lampshades are constructed using the simplest of materials - cotton lawn and plain calico - in order to allow the traditional hand stitching to take centre stage.

The example shown in the photographs was made using a vintage lampshade frame - however this style can be remade to order in various sizes using a modern frame with a duplex fitting (making it suitable for use as pendant, table or floor lamp). Lead time is usually 4-6 weeks.
